2014-2016 models will need Virtual Cockpit firmware updating as well. This is included with our activation. We are able to do the ASI Icon on Letterless TT Cockpit on 2014/15 models. This allows the ASI icon to show so Carplay/Android Auto can function correctly.

How we do it

Previously, this was not possible and you had to plug/un plug your phone to get Carplay / Android Auto working. If you want to know how to get Audi Smartphone icon to show up on the main menu on the virtual letterless TT cockpit, basically it will require a firmware flash. This is included with all our activations and we can update your cockpit if you had the activation done before or from elsewhere.

Activation of Smartphone Interface on your Audi TT MK3 (2015+ models). This will allow you to use factory Apple Carplay / Android Auto in your Audi TT / TT S / TT RS MK3 just as if it came from factory. Smartphone Interface takes over the entire virtual cockpit on the TT MK3, making the cockpit a very beautiful and elegant place to be.

All Audi TT MK3’s come with the necessary hardware for Smartphone interface but not activated. We can simply connect and activate this feature for you in matter of minutes whilst you wait and at a very low price when compared to Audi. Some of our customers have been quoted £350+ from dealers.

We offer to activate Navigation and also update your maps on your TT MK3 for extra.

Audi Smartphone Interface Activation will enable use of Apple Carplay and Android Auto in your Audi!

The activation process takes 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on if your headunit requires an update or not.

The activation will need to take place in Bradford, you will need to bring your car to us. This can be done remotely for some cars (contact us for more information).
