Audi Google Earth Fix Update – MIB2
Audi Google Earth Fix Update will allow you to access Google Earth on your car after Audi decided to no longer support this feature. Recently, Audi decided to no support the Google Earth feature on its 2018 and previous models, leaving 1000s of cars without a feature that the customer paid for.
This will enable MAXMAR HERE satellite view on your Audi MMI navigation.
Some cars can be updated under warranty by Audi. However, not all cars and dealers will charge you £100+ just to fix and update this issue. Most dealers in UK, don’t know about the update.
An active Audi Connect licence is required for this and can be purchased through the MyAudi app. Without the licence, it will not work and will show invalid licence if you try.
How can this be done on your car?
Online(Qualcomm Units Only): We send you the files via email. You download the files, copy them to your SD Card using Windows laptop and upload them on to your MMI system. Full instructions provided and any support, in case you get stuck. Update takes 20 minutes!
Our Workshop: You can drive down to our workshop in Bradford and have us upload the files to your MMI system. Super simple and fast.
Compatibility
Google Earth Fix is compatible with the following cars that have MIB2 Navigation Plus system:
- A3 8V Facelift (2016+)
- A4 B9 (2017+)
- A5 B9 (2017+)
- TT MK3 (2016+)
- R8 (2017+)
- Q5 (2016+)
- Q7 4M (2016+)
MHI2 (NVidia) units can only be done for A3 8V Facelift & TT MK3.
Qualcomm: Can be done remotely or at our workshop. But an active Audi Connect Licence is required.
We have Google Earth Fix for both Europe and USA customers.
