Activation of Apple CarPlay & Android Auto in your Mercedes with NTG5.2 system installed. Most models from 2015+ have the NTG5.2 system installed and updated however, they don’t have Apple Carplay or Android Auto activated on them. The dealer charges a lot more to unlock this and most of the time, they are unable to activate it.

A safer way to use your mobile phone while travelling in your car. Apple CarPlay & Android Auto allow you to seamlessly integrate your mobile phone with your car’s head unit. Simply connect your charging cable in the USB port and select CarPlay/Android Auto should start.

You are able to use apps such as Google Maps, Waze, Spotify, Apple Music and many more supported apps. It even allows you to integrate calls, text and music.

This will activate Apple Carplay on your Mercedes

Q2. How long does this process normally take?
The process takes around 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on headunit

Q3. My car has Type C ports, can it still be activated?
No, cars with Type C ports cannot get this activation.

Q4. Where will this activation take please? Do I need to bring the car to you?
Activation will take place in Bradford (UK) and you will need to bring the car to us. We don’t travel out to customers. We can also activate this feature remotely, please message us for more information.

Q5. Will this void my warranty?
Yes. Simple as that. If Mercedes update your headunit, they will deactivate Apple Carplay and might void your warranty for the NTG headunit.

Q6. What is the price activating Apple Carplay?
The price for Apple Carplay activation is £200.

Q7. I have a 2015 – 2017 C Class, can I get Carplay/Android Auto on them?
You can’t get it activated on them but you can get our Carplay Box installed
