Compatibility

USB Coding is only possible on NBT Pro Nav & NBTevo Pro Nav iDrive system, which have the widescreen.

Other headunits will need to be coded using Cable either remotely or in Bradford.

How to check Headunit / Map Version?

Get into your car, push the Nav button, then the Option button on your controller. Scroll down to the last row in the menu called “Navigation System Version“. It will display the currently installed maps.

For example Road Map Europe Premium 2014-1. In this case, the car has PREMIUM map version.

My headunit doesn’t show USB Coding?

This is because your iDrive doesn’t support it. Check if your car has Combox in the boot, if it does then Enhanced Bluetooth can be coded remotely.

We have a very smart solution that creates a virtual network between your car and our coding computer. This allows us to communicate with your car and unlock the hidden features you need. Once you have placed your order, we will send you download links for the remote desktop and VPN software that you will need to install on your Windows Laptop. Once done, we can schedule a time that works for both of us and remotely code your car.
