BMW EntryNav ID4 Headunit Replacement Coding

Are you replacing your BMW EntryNav ID4 Headunit due to current one being faulty? We can code the replacement headunit for you. If you fit a headunit from another car, it will work for 20-30 mins then all the features and options will get disabled. This is due to the FSC activation codes not matching up to your car’s vin number and then becoming ‘illegal’. BMW headunit have this to protect headunits from being stolen and installed in other cars.

We will change the headunit vin to your car’s vin number, remove the old FSC Codes and then get OEM Genuine activation codes from BMW and install them on the headunit. This will ensure that all the features like navigation, radio, speech, bluetooth etc start working again and you have a fully functioning headunit. If your car has Parking Sensors or Reverse Camera, this will also stop working unless you get the headunit coded by us.

Only the features your current / faulty headunit have will be re-instated on your replacement headunit if the headunit supports them.

Coding Methods

In Bradford (Our Workshop) – If you’re local to Bradford or want us to code your iDrive, you can simply book in with us and come to our workshop.

In London (Our Agent) – If you’re local to London (NW9) or want us to code your iDrive, you can simply book in with us and go to our agent.

Remotely – We will send you links to download software and help you set it up. Once done, you can book in for a remote coding session. You simply connect the ENET/OBD cable and wait for us to code your iDrive. No technical skills or knowledge required.

Remote Hidden Feature Coding

MAK Coding is now offering BMW remote coding for all our customers worldwide. You don’t have to travel out to us to have your car coded. Many of our customers within the UK are far away from us and travelling to us for coding, isn’t feasible. Some customers are in different countries or even continents!

We have a very smart solution that creates a virtual network between your car and our coding computer. This allows us to communicate with your car and unlock the hidden features you need. Once you have placed your order, we will send you download links for the remote desktop and VPN software that you will need to install on your Windows Laptop. Once done, we can schedule a time that works for both of us and remotely code your car.
