VW PQ Headunit AppConnect Activation
VW PQ Headunit AppConnect Activation offers you the ability to enable Apple CarPlay & Android Auto to enjoy a safer driving experience. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are capable of displaying useful apps, such as Waze, Google Maps, Spotify, Apple Music, and many more. Siri is also integrated within CarPlay to provide a more enhanced hands-free experience.
Using our smart SD Card solution, we can easily activate AppConnect in your VW, if you have a MIB2 PQ headunit in your car. MIB2 PQ headunits were installed in 2015+ cars. This is just a software activation, and no hardware changes are made. Only Wired Carplay + Android Auto is possible, Not wireless.
This activates AppConnect and Voice Control.
How can this be done on your car?
Remotely: You’ll receive activation files + complete step-by-step instructions. Requires a Windows laptop + SD card. Activation takes 20 minutes.
Bradford: Come to our workshop in BD4 7HP, and we can activate it for you
London: Visit our approved agent in London E7 and get it activated whilst you wait

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Some 2015/16 cars may need USB port changing & coding to allow Apple Carplay.
- Please ensure your entire touch screen is functioning, particularly the right side.
Important
No refunds will be issued once the order is processed, as the files are locked to your car’s VIN number. Please do NOT attempt to use these on different cars or head units, as it may cause the head unit to become non-functional.
